THE MAGRIKI STORY
Birthed in the heart of the Karoo, just outside the well-known historical town of Graaff-Reinet, the Magriki brand was born out of necessity when owner Wilna's first daughter was struggling with allergies at birth. Wilna wanted to ensure that her family was exposed to only natural, organic and homemade foods and products on a daily basis.
"I realized how far from ‘natural’ our lives had become. Actually it is not such a difficult journey. The more we simplify and get rid of all the ‘plastic’ and harsh chemicals in our lives, the healthier and more joyful the road becomes."

Wilna started making her own 100% natural creams and soaps. She discovered the life changing and healing properties of herbs and decided to use *infused oils in most of the products.
INFUSED
A ​Herbal Infusion is a method in which dried or fresh herbs are infused or placed in water or oil for a period of time or through heating the herbs in oil or water. This process captures the properties of the herbs in the water or oil.​
At Magriki we only use natural oils, butters and essential oils to help heal and nourish the skin.
